As an instructional designer and learning consultant, I aim to create impactful learning experiences that improve performance and positively change behavior and attitude. I understand the value of learning as a vital asset that increases an organization's competitiveness and productivity. To achieve this, I rely on proven theories and learning models, such as adult learning, experiential learning, and cognitive load theory. These theories inform my design choices and strategies, ensuring that the learning experience I provide is top-notch.
