Farewell Grandpa  / Adiós Abuelo

This page is in progress. I am transitioning the resources from the previous website. I am grateful for your patience.

Emotions are part of our human nature. Sometimes, emotions can be overwhelming. We might need different ways to process and manage our emotions. I am sharing with you some coloring pages and comforting messages. Coloring helps some people to feel calm and grounded. Try it and see how you feel. You may create your own designs.

When losing a loved one, sometimes we focus on the pain and their physical absence. That is part of the process. I invite you to take a moment to think about how you can honor your lost loved ones. Think about the ways you can celebrate their life and honor their memory.

When I lost my grandfather, writing a letter and later this short story allowed me to express my feelings. A way to say things that I felt were not told. You may write a note if you need to say something to your lost loved one. Remember, if feelings and emotions are too strong, ask for help.

Take the time to appreciate those who supported you through your grieving process. Gratitude and appreciation bring joy to our lives.
